If i could leave minus stars i would
We were quoted 17 week lead time for a table and were told they would improve on this and that it was a worse case. I called back after 12 weeks to check on progress and was told 17 weeks was the earliest they could deliver. I called back 14 weeks to check on progress to be told it would now be a further 8 weeks. half a year to deliver a table! do not use this company, i don't actually believe they have tables its a scam. customer services is non existent, they dont have any clue or control as everything is imported if exists at all.

The furniture itself is absolutely lovely. Really pleased with the quality, colour and size. My only disappointment with the product itself is the amount of storage available. It’s a ottoman bed, but the gaps left for storage is as wide as my hand - just needs to be a bit deeper.
The score of 2 is due to the hugest insane amount of time the delivery took. 7 months! That’s just poor. The updates were ok, but there was no meaningful apology.

Rio table and 6 chairs arrived a couple of weeks later than expected. Table is lovely but unfortunately the ice bucket was badly damaged and cannot be used. Awaiting replacement.

Customer service to delivery. Would highly recommend products very well made. I wish there was a show room nearer to Manchester so we could see furniture before we purchase.

Amazing quality bed, arrived quickly and easy to assemble!

So back in December 2020 we ordered a bed the (Dexter) bed to be precise.
My fiancé and I are due to get married and he brought it. It was due to arrive in March 2021. We removed our old bed to make space for the bed.
We then received an email to say it is now due in June. How ridiculous. If you know you will not be able to delivery it then why give a fake date. Our just put the item out of stock if you know you do not have it. From looking at all of these reviews everyone is having the same issues! We have been sleeping on the floor since March!

This is my first experience with Danetti and I am so impressed. I needed help with ordering a particular item and Shannon Crook who I spoke to on the chat, was absolutely amazing. So nice, polite and patient and helped me with the item purchase. Excellent service!

We ordered the mellow light grey high back bench and backless bench, it arrived quickly, packaged really well and in perfect condition, easy assemble legs, but the best bit is, they just look fabulous in out kitchen, the quality and style is stunning, I think it’s looks so much more expensive than it was. First time ordering from Danetti but I would most definitely use them again.

I have bought three high gloss white tables and everyone of them have a lot of chips and now look awful. I have two coffee tables and a white gloss kitchen and even after years wear and tear there is not one chip. Danetti tables were the right size and configuration but appalling quality of finish.

Accurate product info provided on the website, then brilliant customer service once chasing up order status (had two items, one next day, one due in 6 weeks). Order was actually totally completed and delivered within 10 days, so really happy to have our new outdoor furniture in time for our lockdown release!
